I present these ancient practices in a modern, straightforward way that takes out any intimidation or awkwardness and makes yoga & meditation comfortable and fun.

I develop a program and class schedule unique for each client based on your goals, timing and space constraints. For instance, some people use kundalini yoga & meditation for general stress reduction while others turn to this practice to help focus creativity for a single project.

EXAMPLE OFFICE YOGA CLASSES

30 Minute Recharge – This quick, refreshing class is designed to clear your head, balance your body, and reinvigorate you. It includes simple stretching and breathing exercises to prepare the body for a brief guided, seated meditation.

60 Minute Creativity Booster – This 60 minute class is designed to clear your head and access your creative power and intuition. It includes breathing, stretching, strengthening, relaxation, and meditation.

I focus on simple techniques for all levels and physical abilities that will boost productivity, profitability, and  personal & professional growth in your organization.

Classes can occur in your office conference room, courtyard, or any open space where team members can set yoga mats down and focus on their well-being. Doing yoga outdoors is great!

Your class can be scheduled for the morning, during the lunch break, or at the end of the day. Classes are not too strenuous, so there is no need to shower afterward.
